Q: My New York Jets are in disarray, Adam. Do you think this is Rex Ryan’s final season in New York? What does he have to do to keep his job? -- Craig (New Hampshire)
A: He'd never admit it, Craig, but my belief is Rex might not mind if it turns out to be his last season. There have been enough changes in the organization that, after a while, if the team struggles to make the playoffs again, the focus and scapegoating will turn to him. And should he go, Ryan would have plenty of other opportunities -- in coaching or maybe even in the media. But short of the Jets having a successful season likely to include a playoff appearance, it will be tough for Ryan to hold onto his job.
Q: Adam, Dashon Goldson seems like he could be a difference-maker in Tampa Bay this season. Who are a couple players who you think are the most impactful offseason signings? -- Jeremy (Texas)
