A: Well, Colin, the player wants to play, the doctors deemed him good to go at the start of training camp and the team that has been exercising caution with him now believes he’ll be good enough to play. All parties involved believe he’s ready to start, so who are we to doubt them now, knowing that they are going to be extra careful with him? As for what we’ll see out of RG III and the type of plays that will be run for him, that’s a lot more interesting. Washington isn’t likely to change all that much. But RG III knows he needs to be smarter with the football, get out of bounds when he can and not take any unnecessary hits. But that’s going to be one of the more interesting storylines for that first “Monday Night Football” game, seeing if and how RG III’s game has changed.
