It's always good to have a quarterback committed to your school. It's never good when that commit plans visits to other programs. That's why the Florida State Seminoles were happy to hear that quarterback John Franklin (Plantation, Fla./South Plantation) had canceled plans to visit South Florida, among others.
"Coming up Friday, I was thinking a lot and was unsure, but after sitting down with coach [Jimbo] Fisher and my parents, they got to see it for themselves for the first time," he tells Corey Dowlar of NoleNation on ESPN.com. "I just knew it is where God wants me to be. Even though it was my fifth time being here, I got the same feeling I had when it was my first time."
