Can Helfrich meet standards in Eugene?

It's hard to believe that Chip Kelly only coached the Oregon Ducks for four seasons, but he accomplished more in his short tenure in Eugene (46 wins, three conference championships, four BCS bowl berths) than some coaches do in twice the time. As such, the bar for success has been set remarkably high for first-year Ducks coach Mark Helfrich. Can Helfrich match Kelly's success, especially when Pac-12 North competitors like Stanford, Oregon State, and Washington seem to trending upwards?
