Four-star offensive tackle Richy Klepal (Tampa, Fla./Plant) is set to announce his collegiate decision.
The 6-foot-5, 275-pound lineman will make his commitment public Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. along with two Plant teammates at the school's ceremony.
Florida State, Georgia, Miami and Southern Cal are on the short list for the country's 218th-best player.
During his recruitment process, Klepal accumulated offers from every major BCS conference and visited each of his aforementioned finalists.
From ESPN's scouting analysis of Klepal:
Klepal possesses the athleticism needed to play either tackle; demonstrates the ability to gain and sustain an immediate advantage when run blocking. Has the size for the offensive tackle position at the major level of competition; his frame appears capable of supporting additional body mass over time. Playing out of both a two and three point stance, we see a prospect with the flexibility, agility and balance needed to play on his feet in space; displays the ability to adjust his feet to quick change of direction movement. ... This guy is a tough customer who finishes with a nasty attitude. Klepal may need some time to develop physically before challenging for starting time.
