ESPN 150 defensive tackle Maquedius Bain (Davie, Fla./University School) has rescheduled his official visit to Oklahoma on Nov. 23, according to his high school coach, Roger Harriott.
Bain, a 6-foot-5, 285-pound senior, will also take an official to LSU in November.
“Maquedius is taking his test this weekend and that was what was keeping him from taking his official visits,” Harriott said. “So he’s going to Oklahoma on the 23rd and I believe he’s heading to LSU on the 16th.”
Bain, who was once committed to Florida State, has remained interested in Miami but recently said he wanted to play for an out-of-state program and listed Oklahoma, LSU, Michigan State and USC among the schools he was looking at. He will make his announcement at the Under Armour All-America Game.
Harriott also said that three-star linebacker Skai Moore did not take his scheduled official visit to Ohio State last weekend. A make-up date for the trip will be scheduled soon.
“Skai has been sick and actually he was not in school [Monday],” Harriott said. “He took his official to Vanderbilt last week and he loved everything. Love the school, loved the coaches. Right now I think it’s down to Vanderbilt, Rutgers and Ohio State.”
