Dana Altman has transformed Oregon into one of the nation's most consistent programs, winning at least 21 games in each of his seven seasons in Eugene and going to the NCAA tournament in five straight seasons.

Known in coaching circles as one of the most underrated coaches in the country, Altman is beginning to get notice, especially after leading the Ducks to the Final Four.
