Indiana defensive end picks Clemson

As if the last week could not get any better for Dabo Swinney, the Clemson head coach convinced a second ESPN 150 defensive end to commit to the Tigers.

Avon (Ind.) end Elijah Daniel committed to Clemson on Sunday while visiting the campus. He was at Georgia a day earlier.

The four-star prospect is the sixth-best defensive end nationally and No. 85 overall. He is No. 2 in Indiana behind Notre Dame commit Jaylon Smith.

On Thursday, the nation's No. 1 prospect, Robert Nkemdiche, committed to the Tigers.

Daniel also held offers from Florida, Michigan, Ohio State and Oklahoma, among others.
