Urban Meyer and the Buckeyes never rest, especially when it comes to the trenches.
With six defensive linemen in the fold in the class of 2013, the school has set its sights on 2014 and is going after one of the most sought after defensive ends in the country.
Ohio State already knows about Norcross (Ga.) High School as it is actively pursuing running back Myles Autry.
Now, the Buckeyes are after two from the school as Lorenzo Carter has been offered by the Buckeyes.
Carter is a 6-foot-5, 225-pound ESPN Watch List defensive end with an incredible frame and great instincts.
This season he has led the Blue Devils to the state finals for the first time in 55 years. Carter has made 124 tackles -- 42 for loss -- forced four fumbles and recorded 18 sacks.
He has offers from Arkansas, Clemson, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Miami (Fla.), Mississippi State, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Oklahoma State, Penn State, Syracuse, Tennessee and Vanderbilt to go with the one from the Buckeyes.
Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina are interested in Carter as well.
