AUSTIN, Texas -- Junior college defensive tackle Brandon Moore (Scooba, Miss./East Mississippi Community College) reiterated to HornsNation on Wednesday that he is not committed to Texas.
Moore has been linked to the Longhorns since taking an official visit to Texas a few weeks ago. But he said he has not committed and would still like to take two more official visits before he decides.
Moore, who committed to Alabama out of high school when Texas defensive tackles coach Bo Davis was on the Crimson Tide’s staff, was planning on visiting Miami this weekend. But he won’t be able to because EMCC is playing for the NJCAA national championship against Arizona Western College on Dec. 3.
Moore said he would also like to visit Florida on Dec. 16, a place he took an official visit to while in high school at Montgomery (Ala.) Carver. He said that he actually almost committed to the Gators before he chose Alabama.
