Who's losing the most talent?

ESPN.com Insider Travis Haney rates Stanford and USC among the top-10 teams losing the most talent from 2013 to 2014Insider, while five of the other teams are from the SEC.

His list of notables for Stanford, which he ranks as the third hardest-hit team: RB Tyler Gaffney, OT Cam Fleming, OG David Yankey, LB Trent Murphy, LB Shayne Skov.

He didn't even include S Ed Reynolds and DE Josh Mauro, so you get the picture: Stanford loses a lot of good players.

His list for USC: WR Marqise Lee (14), S Dion Bailey, DE Morgan Breslin, TE Xavier Grimble, C Marcus Martin, DT George Uko.

Breslin didn't play much all season so he wasn't a part of the Trojans’ stout defense, but you can easily sub in Devon Kennard.

The good news for both teams is that it's not too difficult to sift through the depth charts and figure out who probably will jump into starting roles next year. Sure, these teams lost a lot. But neither looks like it will spiral into the muck.

Then Chris Low looks at the winners and losers of the always interesting early-entry announcements.

Low rates the Pac-12 a winner because of the return of three marquee QBs: Oregon's Marcus Mariota, UCLA's Brett Hundley and Oregon State's Sean Mannion. There are a couple of other guys you could throw in there, including Arizona State's Taylor Kelly.

Low rates the SEC a loser as a whole with LSU again getting hit hard.
