Helmet stickers: Sept. 14

A look at this week’s top USC recruit performances:

Su'a Cravens (Murrieta, Calif./Vista Murrieta): It wasn't supposed to be as easy as Cravens and Vista Murrieta made it appear Friday night against Redlands (Calif.) East Valley, one of the top programs in the Inland Empire. Cravens had two receptions -- both went for touchdowns -- and forced a fumble on an attempted punt that led to another score in a shocking 59-14 drubbing of REV. It was a statement game, and the USC commit delivered.

Steven Mitchell (Mission Hills, Calif./Alemany): The USC receiver commit continued his torrid pace but Alemany suffered its first loss of the season 36-32 at Corona (Calif.) Centennial. Mitchell had seven catches for 151 yards and two scores and also had a 53-yard punt return for a touchdown, bringing his total to 10 through four games.

Adoree' Jackson (Gardena, Calif./Serra): The 2014 target returned an interception 98 yards for a touchdown, caught a 21-yard pass for another score, forced a fumble and added a sack in Serra's 43-0 victory against Wilmington (Calif.) Banning. Jackson doesn't have a USC offer yet but, with performances like this one, it could be just a matter of time.

Jalen Ramsey (Brentwood, Tenn./Brentwood Academy): Ramsey played less than two quarters as Brentwood Academy routed Hendersonville (Tenn.) Pope John Paul II 62-0. He had two receptions for 28 yards and a touchdown and added a 40-yard run on a reverse. The USC commit had three tackles on defense.

Ty Isaac (Joliet, Ill./Joliet Catholic Academy): The Trojans running back commit had some ball security issues in his second game back from a shoulder injury, but Isaac finished with 102 rushing yards and two touchdowns, helping Joliet Catholic Academy defeat LaGrange Park (Ill.) Nazareth Academy 33-32.
