A look at this week’s top USC recruit performances:

QB Max Browne (Sammamish, Wash./Skyline): Browne completed 17 of 25 pass attempts for 310 yards and four touchdowns to guide No. 1-seeded Skyline (12-0) to a 54-21 victory over Seattle Roosevelt. Skyline pulled away from a 14-14 tie at the half to advance to the Division 4A state semifinals.

WR Steven Mitchell (Mission Hills, Calif./Alemany): Mitchell had 236 total yards and two touchdowns in a 53-42 loss to Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei. He had only two receptions, one of which he turned into a 63-yard catch-and-run for a score. Alemany (9-3) was eliminated from the CIF Southern Section Pac-5 Division playoffs.

SS Su’a Cravens (Murrieta, Calif./Vista Murrieta): The USC safety commit sealed a 31-16 win against Norco (Calif.) with a 69-yard touchdown run, bursting through a gap on the left side. Vista Murrieta (12-0), the No. 1-seeded squad in the CIF Southern Section Inland Division bracket, is halfway to reaching its postseason goals.
