The USC 10: Week 12

Each week, the WeAreSC staff will update the rankings to reflect which USC players are making the biggest impact.

Here is the USC 10 following the 38-28 loss to UCLA:

1. Matt Barkley: In terms of pure impact -- good or bad -- nobody had more than Barkley, as evidenced by the reaction when he went out of the game with a shoulder injury.

2. Curtis McNeal: Ran 21 times for 161 yards, but it was his effort and will to win that really resonated with USC fans after the game.

3. Marqise Lee: His consistency has been as impressive as anything this year. He had another nine catches for 158 yards and a touchdown against the Bruins.

4. Hayes Pullard: He paced the team on the defensive side of the ball with 11 tackles.

5. Max Wittek: Went 3-for-3 in late action after the Barkley injury but now will be called upon to start against the Irish.

6. Leonard Williams: The true freshman is officially a force along the D-line, recording 10 tackles, a sack and two tackles for loss against UCLA.

7. Andre Heidari: The normally reliable Heidari missed a 44-yard field-goal attempt and had a 38-yard attempt blocked late in the game, while also missing an extra point.

8. Randall Telfer: Showed what kind of an impact he can make when healthy, catching three passes and one touchdown.

9. Nelson Agholor: His big-play ability is starting to be on display more and more. This time it was with a 33-yard touchdown dash.

10. Aundrey Walker: With a left tackle, you often only see his impact when something goes wrong, as it did when Walker missed a block that resulted in Barkley's injury.
