It’s a disappointing outcome for a team that had Stanley Cup aspirations and continues a troubling trend of losing Game 7s at home. GM Bob Murray was aggressive in making changes last summer after a trip to the Western Conference finals so you can only assume he’ll be just as aggressive when the team lost in the first. Another disappointing finish raises questions about coach Bruce Boudreau, who would immediately become the best coach available if the Ducks make a change there.
