Best, worst DFS NFL matchups for Week 17

The final week of every NFL regular season provides one of the greatest challenges in setting DFS lineups -- playoff rest.

This year is no different. Some of the best offenses in the league, including Dallas and Pittsburgh, are locked into their playoff seeds, so there is not much motivation to play the stars a full game, if they play at all. This means Ben Roethlisberger, Le'Veon Bell, Antonio Brown, Dak Prescott, Ezekiel Elliott and Dez Bryant should be faded this week. Now, this does not mean you should play Landry Jones or Tony Romo, but we will find a few favorable matchups from these games because it is impossible for teams to rest everyone.

This is why it's important to focus on the offense-driven games with players you know will be giving a full 60-minute effort. That means a lot of Packers-Lions, Saints-Falcons and maybe even Chiefs-Chargers, especially in cash games. Sure, creativity should be at an all-time high in tournaments, but you're not likely to win by starting Matt McGloin in Denver this week.
