How close is Middle Tennessee to bid?

UPDATE: Middle Tennessee has been sweating it out since last weekend's quarterfinals loss in the Sun Belt tournament. Every day, every bracket update, their position shifts. Thankfully, the movement and waiting will end in less than 36 hours. Interestingly, despite a profile that contains no RPI top-50 wins and just two RIP top-100 victories, they are now nestled in the "last four in" section of Joe Lunardi's bracketology update this morning. Because of a top-30 RPI, as good a low-major non-conference schedule as any, and a scarcity of noteworthy wins and losses, Middle Tennessee has an unconventional profile.
