Don't look now but if the season ended today, the "rebuilding" Toronto Raptors would be the No. 4 seed in the Eastern Conference playoffs. What's more amazing? Even at 13-15 on the season, the Raptors are only 2.5 games back of an Atlanta team that could fall out of the playoff picture after losing Al Horford for the season.
Is going for the No. 3 seed with a record hovering around .500 really the big plan for the Raptors this season, though? ESPN's Chad Ford doesn't think so.
