Will Wolves add a player?

According to ESPN.com's Marc Stein, the Wolves are planning to sign guard Othyus Jeffers to a rest-of-season contract. Jeffers has been playing in the D-League with the Iowa Energy.

Jeffers, a two-year NBA veteran, spent 10 days with San Antonio back January.

The Minnesota Timberwolves will have a depleted roster for the final eight days of the regular season and head coach Rick Adelman is not sure the team will add a player before the last game.
