Joakim Noah's left knee injury

UPDATE: According to the Chicago Tribune, a MRI showed no structural damage to the knee, which is very good news for Joakim Noah. The knee did have some fluid drained from it and the best course of action right now will be for Noah to take it easy, which can now happen with the Bulls beginning their summer vacation.

The Chicago Bulls were eliminated from the 2014 playoffs on Tuesday and after the game starting center Joakim Noah told the media that he's been hindered by a left knee injury.
