With Kevin Love now making it clear that he has no intention of resigning with the Minnesota Timberwolves following the 2015-16 season, and Ricky Rubio publicly questioning Love's leadership, the Wolves are in a position where they must deal the All-Star power forward sometime over the next two seasons in order to avoid losing him for nothing.
And more than likely, given the comments by Love and Rubio, and the fact that Minnesota still has to hire a new coach and get ready for the draft, it will happen sooner rather than later. In fact, Chris Mannix of SI.com reports that "several league execs expect bidding for Kevin Love to get aggressive after lottery."
ESPN's Marc Stein and Ramona Shelburne report that Love is intrigued by Golden State and Chicago. But do the Warriors and Bulls really have the trade chips needed to pull off a blockbuster deal?
