Will Mo Williams limit McCollum's role?

When C.J. McCollum slipped to Portland with the No. 10 pick in June, the Trail Blazers landed a player regarded as one of the top scorers and instant-impact types in the draft. At the time, it was just what they needed -- a proven scorer and shooter who could immediately upgrade the scoring and shooting on a bench unit that was the worst in the league a season ago. Fast-forward to today, and there is some doubt as to whether that will still be the case.
