Under the new CBA, rookies get paid a comparatively reasonable wage, which means that teams won't have to break the bank just to ink their lottery picks. Nonetheless, players taken early during the draft will get paid more than those taken later on. That got Pistons.com's Keith Langlois thinking about whether the Detroit Pistons would be better off staying at No. 7 -- where they will draft if they don't move up in the lottery -- rather than moving up to, say, No. 3.
