Adjusting to the new rule changes

Playing by the rules can be difficult, especially when they change on you. It happened this past season in college basketball, as adjustments were made because the game was getting too physical and scoring was declining.

Defenders are now no longer able to arm bar or hand check offensive players. The block/charge rule has also changed, as a defensive player is not allowed to move into the path of an offensive player once he has begun his upward motion with the ball. This was made to greatly decrease flopping.

Now that everyone has had a month to adjust to the new rules, let's take a look at how players, coaches and officials have done.

The players, who had the most to lose, have adapted better than the rest.
