Arizona adds to No. 1 class

According to a report in the Arizona Daily Star, junior college power forward Matt Korcheck (Cochise College) has committed to Arizona's 2012 class with the expectation he will take a redshirt season next year.

The 6-foot-9 Tucson, Ariz. native originally signed with UTEP out of high school but did not suit up for the Miners. He averaged 14.7 points and 6.5 rebounds for Cochise this season.

The Wildcats hold the top spot on the ESPN Recruiting Nation list of 2012 classes. Head coach Sean Miller will welcome four ESPNU 100 prospects this summer: center Kaleb Tarczewski(Claeremont, N.H./St. Mark's), power forward Grant Jerrett (La Verne, Calif./Lutheran), power forward Brandon Ashley (Oakland, Calif./Findlay Prep) and guard Gabe York (Orange, Calif./Lutheran).
