Georgia lands junior point guard

Multiple sources are reporting on Friday that point guard J.J. Frazier has verbally committed to Mark Fox and the Georgia Bulldogs.

Frazier is a junior at Faith Baptist Christian Academy in Ludowici, Ga. He is the first recruit for Fox from the 2013 class.

ESPN.com's Mike LaPlante, who covers the southeast for Recruiting Nation, has the goods on Frazier. "Frazier is a tempo setter that is a good pick-up for the Bulldogs. What the 5'9 point guard lacks in size he more than makes up for in quickness. His consistency from 3-point range forces his defender to play close allowing the lightning bug to be a threat to both make plays for his teammates or handle the scoring load."
