PG Julian Jacobs back on the market

According to a report in the Las Vegas Sun, point guard Julian Jacobs (Las Vegas/Desert Pines) has opened up his recruitment and is no longer committed to Utah.

The 6-foot-3 Jacobs originally chose the Utes in March over offers from Santa Clara and St. Mary's. He is ranked as the 36th best point guard according to ESPN Recruiting Nation's latest positional rankings.

The Utes still have two commitments for the 2013 class in guards Parker Van Dyke (Salt Lake City, Utah/East) and Brandon Miller (Salt Lake City, Utah/Brighton).
