Josh Gray decommits from MSU

ESPN.com's Reggie Rankin spoke with point guard Josh Gray (Houston) on Saturday and the 4-star guard confirmed that he has decommitted from Mississippi State and will re-open his recruiting.

The 6-foot-1 Gray chose the Bulldogs in August over Oregon, Tennessee and Texas A&M, among others.

Rankin watched Gray earlier this month in Houston and described him as a "high major point guard with Top 50-type talent."

Mississippi State's class still features center Gavin Ware (Starkville, Miss.), guard Fred Thomas (Jackson, Miss.) and guard Craig Sword (Montgomery, Ala.).
