Dayton adds Devon Scott

According to multiple sources, power forward Devon Scott (Columbus, Ohio/Northland H.S.) ended his recruitment again on Wednesday with a pledge to Dayton. Scott originally committed to Cincinnati over the summer before opening things up in September.

"Devon is a strong and athletic post player," said ESPN Recruiting Coordinator John Stovall. "He scores inside 15 feet and should give Dayton an immediate low post presence. He is improving offensively and is a tough and rugged rebounder in the paint."

The 6-foot-7 Scott chose the Flyers over Ohio. He joins point guard Jevon Thomas (Queens,, N.Y./Quality Education Academy) and his Northland teammate Jalen Robinson in new head coach Archie Miller's 2012 signing class.
