Price High shooting guard Chance Murray (Los Angeles) verbally committed to Arizona State on Sunday, according to sources.
California, Colorado, San Diego State and Oregon were among those after Murray.
"Murray is a heady scoring guard with good size, length and athletic ability," ESPN's Paul Biancardi said. "Inside the arc is where he is best at the moment, as he is a young senior turning 17 in November.
"With his age and the talent he has he possesses an upside that you can forecast. He will grow and develop under the tutelage of (coach) Herb Sendek who is an excellent teacher of the game."
He joins small forward Egor Koulechov (Weston, Fla./The Sagemont School) in the Sun Devils' 2013 class.
