According to a report in the Atlanta Journal Constitution, ESPN 100 point guard Solomon Poole (Jacksonville, Fla./North Florida Educational Institute) has enrolled at Georgia Tech and is expected to suit up for the Yellow Jackets once he is cleared by the NCAA.
"I know Solomon is ready to help this team in any way he can, and in any role possible," Tech head coach Brian Gregory told the paper. "While this is great for our program currently, it will also accelerate Solomon's progress into the future."
Poole will join his older brother Stacey Poole who transferred from Kentucky last winter and will be eligible to play next week after sitting out a year.
"I've always looked forward to playing with my brother in college," the younger Poole said.
This move leaves the Yellow Jackets with one recruit in the 2013 class, small forward Quinton Stephens (Atlanta/Marist School).
