Two more schools are upping their recruitment of Ryan Switzer.
The ESPNU 150 Watch List athlete from Charleston (W.Va.) George Washington said Oregon and Nebraska have started showing strong interest lately.
“I've been speaking a lot with recruiting coordinator (Don Pellum) of Oregon past couple of days,” the 5-foot-9, 175-pound junior said. “Only new school I've been hearing from is Nebraska.”
Switzer said the two schools haven't offered yet but an official invite seems like it's in the making.
“Oregon said they are just now starting to evaluate the junior class,” the Gatorade Player of the Year in West Virginia said.
Switzer already has scholarship offer from Florida State, Penn State, North Carolina State, Wake Forest and Purdue among others. Switzer said he is currently focusing on training for the Under Armour combine in January.
