Williams makes switch to OSU

Urban Meyer turns another one.

Three-star linebacker Camren Williams (West Roxbury, Mass./Catholic Memorial) committed to Ohio State on Friday, he announced on his Twitter page.

"It's official, I'm a Buckeye! #GoBucks #BuckeyeNation," Williams wrote.

Williams was committed to Penn State for several months, but began looking around in November when Joe Paterno was fired amid a child sex abuse scandal that rocked the university and football program. Williams officially visited Ohio State in December and unofficially visited Columbus this week beginning Jan. 18.

His high school teammate Armani Reeves was officially visiting Ohio State this weekend, too. Reeves is also committed to Penn State but visited Michigan last weekend.

The two are not a package deal but would like to play together.
