Jalen Tabor has postponed his weekend visit to North Carolina.
“I originally was (going), but I've got some stuff to take care of,” the sophomore defensive back from Washington (D.C.) Friendship said.
Tabor said he plans to make the trip to Chapel Hill on Nov. 26 when the Tar Heels host Duke.
Tabor, who will be a member of the 2014 class, already has scholarship offers from Alabama, Auburn, Maryland, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Clemson, Virginia Tech and Tennessee, yet he is still waiting on some other schools to extend invites, which will surely happen.
“There's a lot of schools I've been in touch with like Miami, Florida, Florida State, South Carolina definetely, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, LSU, Arkansas, Ohio State (and) Oregon,” Tabor said.
Tabor leads his team with seven interceptions. He also has 30 tackles this season.
“It' s going really good," Tabor said of the season.
Tabor said he doesn't have any visits planned other than the trip to UNC.
