Roman Clay (Lancaster, Pa./Lancaster Catholic) is ready to decide, and he will choose between the FBS and FCS.
The three-star running back sad he will make his commitment Friday night between FCS program Delaware and FBS program Kent State.
Clay likes the movement going on at Kent State, as former Ohio State assistant Darrell Hazell has the Golden Flashes ranked No. 17 in the BCS standings.
"Coach Hazell turned the program around," Clay said.
Clay also likes the offense at Kent State, noting the workload Hazell gives his running backs.
"They have a specific plan for me that I love," the 5-foot-11, 209-pound back said.
Delaware is closer to home for Clay, and on top of "great academics" and a "beautiful campus," Clay likes that the Blue Hens are one of the premier programs in the FCS.
"They're a national championship contender every year," Clay said.
