Auburn made a positive impression on the nation's highest-rated, undecided prospect.
Eddie Goldman, who is No. 2 in the ESPNU 150, took his official visit to see the Tigers this weekend.
“It was a great trip overall,” said Eddie Muhammad, Goldman's father. He added that there are no other other official visits planned and no current leader for his son's services.
Muhammad said his son is considering Alabama, Florida State, Auburn, California, Clemson, Miami and Maryland.
The family raved about their official visit to Florida State in September leading many to speculate that the Seminoles might be a quiet leader. Goldman took an official visit to Alabama earlier this month.
The five-star defensive tackle from Washington, D.C. Friendship will announce his college decision on national signing day in February.
