Miami coaches will visit Eddie Goldman Wednesday evening, just two days before the five-star defensive tackle is scheduled to take an official visit to Coral Gables.
The Hurricanes are one of a handful of schools making a strong push for the nation's second overall prospect.
California defensive line coach Tosh Lupoi visited the Goldman family on Monday.
"It went very well," Goldman's mother, Sharon Davis, said.
Auburn was there on Sunday. Alabama, Florida and Florida State were there last week.
The standout from Washington (D.C.) Friendship has taken official visits to Alabama, Auburn and Florida State. After the Miami trip, he'll have one official visit left. Florida is a possibility, but Davis said this week there are no plans yet in place for the final trip.
