Penn State's relationship with Will Fuller continues to seem tenuous.
The three-star prospect from Philadelphia Roman Catholic visited Notre Dame on Saturday to watch practice and is still in South Bend, Ind., according to his high school coach, Joe McCourt. Fuller did not respond to several attempts by ESPN for an interview for his thoughts on the Fighting Irish.
Fuller committed to Penn State in June before major sanctions were levied against the football program by the NCAA later that month. He visited Penn State last weekend and reaffirmed his commitment. Yet just days before that visit he received a scholarship offer from Notre Dame. There certainly seems to be some interest considering he visited the school this weekend.
Fuller had several scholarship offers. Some of the most notables, aside from Penn State and Notre Dame, came from Rutgers and Maryland.
