One of the top juniors in Ohio will come off the board and make his commitment public on Thursday, and another will follow suit less than two weeks later.
Middletown (Ohio) junior athlete Jalin Marshall, an ESPNU 150 Watch List member, will announce on Jan. 31, he confirmed to ESPN.com in a text message.
The finalists for arguably the state's most dynamic playmaker in any class are Alabama, Cincinnati, Notre Dame, Ohio State and Tennessee.
Marshall is not trying to upstage the seniors who will sign that day -- his father's birthday is Jan. 31.
On Thursday, Trotwood-Madison (Ohio) junior defensive back Cam Burrows is holding a press conference to announce his commitment. He will choose from Alabama, LSU, Michigan, Ohio State, Stanford, Tennessee and Wisconsin.
Burrows and Marshall are strong contenders for the No. 1 spot in the Ohio Class of 2013 rankings later this year.
