Maryland has landed a few big prospects in the past few years, including Stefon Diggs, Damian Prince and Adam McLean. But arguably none have been bigger for the program than the commitment of ESPN 300 quarterback Dwayne Haskins Jr., who chose the Terrapins on Friday.
Haskins is the No. 25-ranked prospect in the country, the No. 2-ranked pocket passer and a huge cog in the wheel for coach Randy Edsall’s future plans for his program.
