Jordan Jackson pledges to Indiana State

Indiana State added a commitment from in-state linebacker Jordan Jackson (Indianapolis/Decatur Central) on Tuesday.

"It just felt right!" Jackson wrote in a text message.

The Sycamores offered Jackson back in the summer and are one of two programs to offer the 6-foot, 220-pound outside linebacker. Eastern Illinois is the other.

Jackson has visited Indiana State a few times but still has an official visit to take there.

Jackson said Tuesday he believes Air Force, Bucknell, Delaware State, Lehigh, New Hampshire, Northern Iowa and Wagner could offer soon.

"They say they want to offer in a couple weeks," Jackson said.
