It could be a game where the first to score 60 wins. Or, it could have a finish that completely throws off the majority of the audience -- a low-scoring affair highlighted by two underrated defenses.
However Saturday’s Big 12 clash between Baylor and Oklahoma State finishes, expect fireworks before, during and after. Baylor is ranked No. 4, and Oklahoma is No. 10 in the BCS standings, and a Big 12 championship could be at stake.
From a recruiting standpoint, all of the Baylor and Oklahoma State commits and several 2014 and 2015 targets will be paying attention to Saturday’s game. Here are five players to keep an eye on:
ESPN 300 DB Steven Parker II (Jenks, Okla./Jenks): Parker may be Oklahoma State’s biggest target, but because of how open the ESPN 300 safety is, Baylor could very much be in the running as well. The 6-foot-3, 195-pound athlete will be in Stillwater for an unofficial visit. While he’s going to watch one of the biggest games of the year in the Big 12, the Cowboys are hoping to put on the kind of show that will keep one of the top players in Oklahoma in state.
