According to a release issued by the school's official site, The California Bears have added two mid-year enrollees. Under Armour All-American quarterback Zach Kline (Danville, Calif./San Ramon Valley) and four-star offensive tackle Christian Okafor (Houston, Texas/Westbury) have graduated from high school early, started attending classes at Berkeley, and can participate in spring practice.
Kline, an ESPNU 150 prospect who was a top performer at this year's Under Armour All-America Game, selected the Bears in September. He completed 240 of 341 attempts (67.4 percent) for 3,630 yards, 36 touchdowns and seven interceptions as a senior.
Okafor originally committed to Texas Tech, where his brother Mickey plays, before making the switch the Cal in December. Arkansas, LSU, Baylor, Mississippi State and Houston also offered.
