Aulden Bynum pulls in Nebraska offer

Aulden Bynum (Valdosta, Ga./Bynum) is one of the most sought after offensive tackle prospects from the Peach State.

“Just about everyone in the Southeast has offered him,” Bynum coach Brannon Tidwell said. “In fact Nebraska offered him [Tuesday]. Georgia, Auburn, Miami, South Carolina, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Georgia Tech and Louisville are some of the other schools that have offered.”

Bynum, now 6-foot-6 and 275 pounds, is a kid that keeps growing and growing.

“Every year he has gained an inch and about 40 pounds,” Tidwell said. “And he has put on 15 pounds since December. He will be 6-7, 300-pound guy and carry it well. To be honest, he’s kind of skinny.”

Bynum is also talented and not just as an offensive tackle prospect.

“Georgia Tech as actually offered him as a defensive lineman, if that tells you anything,” Tidwell said. “His defensive film is really good but I don’t think that’s what he is. He’s nasty and has a great motor and those are the two things that teams really love about him.”

Bynum has been to junior days at Ole Miss, Georgia, Clemson and Auburn.
