Running back Brice Gahagans (Fayetteville, Ark.) is a recruit to keep a close eye on from the state of Arkansas. The two-year starter has been very productive for one of the state’s top teams.
“I call him Marshall Faulk,” Fayetteville coach Daryl Patton said. “He’s had two 1,000 yard rushing seasons and two 600 yard receiving seasons. And he has scored 44 touchdowns. Brice is great out of the backfield as a receiver and running the ball. He has terrific vision.”
Gahagans, 5-foot-9 and 180 pounds, is still waiting on his first offer.
“Right now he’s one of those guys teams want to see in camp,” Patton said. “Tulsa, Arkansas State and Oklahoma State are the teams showing him the most interest.”
