Cornelius Elder's recruitment continues to get more interesting.
The two-sport star who has said he'd prefer to play basketball in college has picked up a scholarship offer from Nebraska to play football and an offer from Western Kentucky to play basketball, he told ESPN via text message on Monday.
Elder has more interest from football recruiters but has said if a good enough basketball offer comes along, he'll pursue that avenue.
Elder, who is from Nashville (Tenn.) Ensworth, was recently rated the second best prospect in Tennessee. The four-star recruit could play a scatback role on offense or cornerback on defense.
