Recruiting spotlight: If Cunningham and Bain both end up at Miami it would be a major coup for Al Golden and his staff plus fill two major positions of need. Cunningham's top group also includes Stanford, Notre Dame, Florida State, Oklahoma State, Oklahoma and Alabama. Bain, who decommitted from Florida State over the summer, says he's also open but Miami remains the top option with LSU, Alabama and Michigan State also in the mix. "I really like Miami right now because it's a good program and I have a good relationship with the coaches," Bain said. "But I want to take my official visits and see everything before I make another decision." Both Bain and Cunningham have expressed a desire to make their decisions at the Under Armour All-America Game.

Other recruiting news: Last year University School had a half dozen players commit to FBS programs and this year it could have twice as many. Linebacker Nick Internicola (Rutgers), wide receiver Jalen Battle (Kentucky) and defensive back D.J. Woods (UMass) have already gotten the ball rolling for the class of 2013. Wide receiver Dionte Taylor has official visits to Boston College and Nebraska coming up in the next month and three-star linebacker Skai Moore will likely be choosing between Vanderbilt, South Florida, Rutgers and Wake Forest in the next few weeks. Wilson is primed to be one of the top 2014 prospects in the state and already has more than a dozen offers with programs such as Florida, Auburn, Clemson and Ohio State in the mix.
