Offensive lineman Ronnie Stanley has already taken two official visits and will head to the Midwest this weekend.
Stanley, one of the nation’s top tackle prospects, and his Gaels teammates captured their third straight state title over the weekend with a 72-28 win over Sparks (Nev.) Reed. Gorman is 43-3 over the last three years and hasn’t lost to an in-state team in that span.
Stanley has already visited Arkansas and Nebraska and will head to Notre Dame this weekend.
“I’m looking forward to seeing Notre Dame,” Stanley said. “I talk to the coaches a lot and I have a good relationship with them. They came in for a home visit last week and it went well so this visit will be important to me for sure.
“Arkansas and Florida State also came in for home visits and I’m interested in both schools. I want to take all five of my visits but I don’t know about those last two yet. I still have a pretty big list of schools and I’m going to try and sit down and narrow it down in the next week or so.”
Auburn, Florida State, Miami, Oklahoma and USC are just a few of the schools Stanley said he’s still looking at.
