Three bold draft moves for the Colts

The Indianapolis Colts have gone 11-5 in its first two seasons with general manager Ryan Grigson, head coach Chuck Pagano and quarterback Andrew Luck at the helm of the organization.

Luck made great strides during his first two seasons, and the Colts' ability to come from behind with him under center -- most notably their dramatic win over Kansas City in the first round of the playoffs last season -- speaks to his poise in high-pressure situations.

But can the organization take the next step in 2014?
