UPDATE: Per NFL.com's Ian Rapoport, Roddy White has been diagnosed with a low-ankle sprain. It appears that White should be fine for the Falcons' season opener against the New Orleans Saints.
It's been a moot question for Roddy White, because he has never missed a single game during his eight-year NFL career, but what if White were felled by an injury and missed game action? It's a fair question right now, not just because he isn't getting any younger (32 in Nov.), but because he exited Thursday's exhibition game in the first quarter with an ankle injury and did not return. The severity of the injury wasn't immediately known, though he hopped up quickly to question the official and initially was listed as questionable to return, which may imply it's not that serious. He has a full three weeks to recover before the regular-season opener.
